STAR PACKAGING CORPORATION was established in April, 1990 with the mission of manufacturing the best quality PET (Poly-terpthalate) bottles and caps for the food, beverage, and packaging industry. At the beginning, it operated three plants in different locations; first, in San Juan for its tolling operations (for Cooking oil under Classic Oriental Food Corporation), in Mandaluyong for its mold making facilities, and in Carmona for its injection and blowing operations. In 1997, the company opened its 1.7 hectare plant to house its entire operations where it currently sits today.

For over 25 years, it had achieved its goal of producing the best quality PET bottles and caps and had become a market leader in its field and in 2014 diversified into Warehouse leasing business, which now forms a big part of its business today. Because of its experience in the cooking oil business, at the end of 2019, it launched its own cooking oil under the brand “COOKING INA” with the idea of providing the market with a high quality, reasonably priced cooking oil. Investing in the proper infrastructure and equipment to produce the packaged oil.
